PROGRAM DETAILS

Little WARRIORS (Ages 4-7)

Our youngest students develop balance, coordination, and focus through playful yet structured training. This class introduces fundamental Jiu-Jitsu movements in a way that keeps kids engaged and excited to learn!

Warriors (Ages 7-13)

Older students build on fundamentals, learning techniques that prepare them for real-world self-defense and competition. The program includes:

  • Warrior Fundamentals (Beginners) – Learning the basics with fun, structured drills.

  • Warrior Intermediate (Gi & No Gi) – Advancing technique, strategy, and positional understanding.
